A WOMAN'S TERRIBLE TRIALS.
—The many trials which Mrs E. Carter, of Hilton Road, Hilton (S.A.), has had have been so severe that sympatic has been expressed for her on all sides. Prom a statemeut made to a reporter it appears that she was taken to the hospital some time ago— a victim apparently to consumption and decline. She was distressingly thin and weak, could not take solid food, and was very despondent, but despite all the tonics given her she did not gain strength. She also suffered greatly from pains in her back and chest, which almost doubled her in two. She was removed from the hospital uncured; then, owing to the persistence of a friend, she began taking Dr. Williams' pink pills for pale people. Gradually her blood became enriched, she relished and digested her food, and her strength slowly returned. The pains subsided, and before long she found herself quite cured. Now she sleeps well, her nerves are toned up and her general health is splendid. Her sister-in-law, who w ras anaemic, also used Dr. Williams' pink pills with excellent results. These pills are sold by chemists and storekeepers, and by the Dr. Williams' Medicine Co., Wellington, three shillings per box, six boxes sixteen and six, post free. They cure dyspepsia, liver troubles, insomnia, anaemia, debility, chest complaints, skin troubles, blood poisoning, effects of fevers and influenza, etc. Ladies will find them invaluable at all times of life.
