NEXT WEEK'S SITTINGS.
The Court will resume at half-past ten on Monday, when the case Phinix v. Brown and others, claim under the Workers' Compensation for Accidents Act, will be heard. On Tuesday morning the dispute between the workmen and proprietors of the Riverhead Paper Mills will be heard. After that the Gas Stokers' case comes on. On the following Saturday the Court visits Ngaruawahia to investigate an application of the Waikato Coal Miners' Union for the enforcement of an industrial award.
