The Tolstoi frock for little girls of four- and six is- simple and adapted to sernceif^3G^e ■long body is joined to 'ttib skirf tinder a belt, and fastens -at the back. The square-cut neck is.ef-. fective, but the plaits can run to the collar if, preferred. A one-piece sleeve is used with a band at the hand, and a fitted lining1' for the body is given. The "Tolstoi"'model is of blue-gref homespun, with the yoke and collar of black velveteen. A patent leather belt gives the correct finish. Almost any material can be used for tlfia frock; the style is bound to be popular.
