Parliament will be opened this afternoon by commission, when the members will be resv.orn under oath of allegiance to the new kiDg. Both Houses will (hen be adjourned until half-past three o'clock on Tuesday, when the Governor's speech will be delivered. After that Parliameut will probably adjourn for a few days as a mark of respect to the memory of the late Queen.
