NORTHCOTE PRESBYTERIAN ANNIVERSARY.

The Northcote Presbyterians yesterday held three anniversary services in connection with the Sundayschool. The stormy weather was a disadvantage, but there were never theless satisfactory attendances. The preachers were the local minister, Mr Adams, morning and evening, and the Rev. J. G. Chapman (Wesleyan) in. the afternoon, when the children's service was held. The church choir, with several other helpers, creditably rendered the special hymns and anthems, under the conductorship of Mr C. Way. The soloists were Mrs and Miss Moulder and Miss Rushbrook. Miss Rushbrook presided at the organ, and the Tremain Brothers assisted. The proceedings conclude on Friday rext with the annual social.
