THE ZEALANDIA—A SMART PASSAGE.
The s.s. Zealandia arrived from Southern and Bast Coast ports yesterday morning, having covered the dlstuni'u from Gisborue to this port in 20 ho'ijrs :io niinulfs. The purser, Mr Samson, reports that the steamer left Dunedin on the ISth inst.. Lyttelton on the 19th, Wellington on the 20th, Napier on the 21dt, and Gisborne on the 22nd at 11 a.m. Fine weather marked the passage to the East Cape Island, which was rounded at 4.30 p.m. the same date; Cuvlei was abeam at 3.30 a.m. yesterday, and the wharf reached at B.lf, a.m. The Zculundiu brought up from Wellington transhipments per Pa-panui from London, and Lizzie Bell from Glasgow.
The Zealaudia leaves for Sydney ut 5 p.m. this evening with the following ptisseugors ;—Misses Bell, Fuller. Mcachani, Ueed, O'Brleu, Tv/ogood, Mesdamcs Miles, Lewlh, Krewls, Watkius, Fuller and infant, Meachant. Vc-eeh; McDougall, Messrs Horrall, Gil lies, Tobias, Lyi^i, Thompson, Taylor, Corbett, Campbell, (.race. Valdu, W'allls, l'latt, Aitkcn. Smith. Thompson, Price, Moore, Kernow Bell, Lewis. Colley, Koj>ki\ Me Uougall and child, Porter, Green, Wutklnb, Humes, Goold. Dr. Hrson, Lieut. Miles, nud 12 steerage.
