SCHOFIELD.—In loving memory of Ernest James Schofield, of Devonport, who entered into rest June 23, 1900.
A precious one from us has gone To dwell with Christ above, And shine with heavenly lustre bright In peace, and joy, and love. We miss his kind and gentle hand, His loving words of cheer, His tender touch of sympathy When trouble passea near. But we shall see him once again On that celestial shore, Where all the faithful ones of God Shall meet to part no more.
