THE CHINESE INDEMNITY.
LONDON, June 21
The "Times'" Shanghai correspondent states that according to a high native authority, Germany, with England's consent, proposes that China shall pay small amounts of the indemnity for. the first four years, and increased amounts during the 26 following- years.
