A orand collection of Soutli African curios was disposed of by auction today at Messrs S. Cochrane and Son s mart. The curias were the property of Mr E. Harrow, and comprised a variety of horns and heads, assegais, shields, skins, mats, and a number of Maori and Island curios, and many of them realised fairly high figures.
The disagreement betwen the^ captain and several non-commissioned 'officers of the " A " Battery has been made up, and the "non-coms" in question have consented to withdraw their resignations.
