A UNIQUE ADDRESS.
The Wellington Harbour Board will present to the Duke of Cornwall an illuminated address, in a frame of New Zealand woods. The design for the address is unique. It represents the bed of the ocean, with the text of the address written on an upturned shell. A picture of the Ophir is introduced, and the border is formed of sea foam and bubbles. The frame is heavily carved, nautical emblems entering largely into the design.
