STATEMENT BY THE LIQUIDA

LONDON, June 4
The liquidators of the Jyondon and Globe Finance Corporation find it impossible at present to issue a scheme of reconstruction, but hope it will become possible. They found that practically the whole of the securities had been "pledged to secure C 000,000 advanced to" the Corporation. Loans amounting- to £425,000 are still outstanding. The amount owing to unsecured creditors exceeds a million.
