A PRESENTATION.
GIS'BORNE, this day
Mr. Mentiplay, secretary of the Northern Bowling Association, who was married this afternoon to Miss Ferris, of Gisborne, was presented at the bowling green this forenoon with a handsome marble clock and purse of sovereigns, subscribed by the, members of the Association throughout the North Island. The presentation was made by Ml". Matthewson, vice-president of the Association.
