A grand military gymkhana, is to be held on Thursday, the 13th June, .at Potter's. Paddock, under tbe auspices of the Auckland Mounted Rifles. It promises to be one of the largest gatherings of its kind held in the Auckland province. Full particulars are advertised in another column. A concert and dance _n aid of the Sisters of St. Benedict's Convent will be held in St. Benedict's Hall on Friday, evening. A good pdogramme is !announced.
