HUNTING.

The Pakuranga Hounds met at thtt Monument, Otahuhu, on Wednesday last. The hounds were thrown off ii* Mr Laxon's property, Papatoitoi. The* fences were nearly all wire, and. thfif only two followers who kept with then* were Miss Ethel Abbott1 and Mr Wynn( Grey. A hare was found near a creek* and the hounds followed her \ratil she! escaped into a garden. The following ladies and gentlemen were amongsti the followers: Misses K.
