AT THE HOSPITAL.
Those injured were removed to the Hospital in the ambulance van, there being two trips made. Although the fact was telephoned by two doctors that four serious cases were being sent to the institution, the only medical lftnn to receive them was the Resident House Surgeon, who did all he could for the patients, but of course had too much to do. It would have been as well under .such circumstances if some members of the honorary medical staff had been summoned, or the medical advisor, as there was plenty of time for them to attend before the cases reached the institution. One of the honorary house surgeons was assisting at the flrp, but unfortunately did not go with the patients to the Hospital. Subsequently one of the honorary physicians arrived.
