STRIKING ATTENTIONS EY THE
KAISER

BERLIN, May 30.
General Bounil, of the French service, was present at a review of the German army outside Berlin. He afterwards rode at the head of. the Prussian Brigade through the capital.
The Kaiser paid striking- attentions to GeneraJ Bounil, and called for cheers for the French army, who, he said, were brothers in arms in China with the Germans.
