LACROSSE.
CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES TO-MORROW.
The first series of matches of the first round for the lacrosse championship will be played to-morrow afternoon at the Domain Cricket Ground, under the auspices of the N.Z. Lacrosse Association. The chief attraction will be the game between Parnell and Suburbs, which will be played on No. 1 ground, fronting the pavilion. A very even contest is expected. Players are reminded that play commences punctually at :i p.m. Afternoon tea will be provided on the pavilion. Goal ners will be provided for all the matches. Appended are the names of the players and referees: —
