CROWN LANDS. .* At the Crown Lands Office this morning- the Commissioner of Crown Lands (Mr Gerhard Mueller) conducted a ballot for the right of selection of Crown lands opened for application on the 29th inst. Two blocks were made available, viz., 2170 acres, Kerikeri S.D., known as Tunapohepohe, grazing run and unsurveyed land, Waipu; 4050 acres opened under the optional system of the Land Acts. In the ballot the lands were allotted as follows: —Grazing- run 28. Kerikeri. Geo. Mountain; Block 10, Waipu, 400 acres, Joe Bowmar, occupation with right of purchase; 400 acres, Joseph Eowmar, jun.: 3.")0 acres, Walter Rowsell, occupation with rig-ht of purchase; 350 acres. Wm.
