PuWic Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council, to be held in the Council Chamber, Coburg-st, on FRIDAY, the 31st day of May, 1901, a Resolution will be submitted for the Confirmation of the following' Resolution passed by the said Council at a Special Meeting on the 3rd day ef May. 1901, and intended to operate as a "Special Order," viz. :— "That the Auckland City Council doth hereby by special resolution, to operate as a Special Order, make a By-law, to be known as By-law No. 51, to regulate the use of verandahs or porticos erected over any footpath or other portion of atiy street within the City of Auckland."
