Mr Lee, leader of the State Opposition, lias outlined his party's programme of the forthcoming elections. It contained no startling proposals. Ft favoured the reduction of members in the State Parliament, adult suffrage, a State colliery for railway purposes, local option, mid a number of measures which generally aimed at ameliorating the.condition of the people and developing the resources of the State.
