SALE OF CROWN LANDS.
A sale of Crown lands was held this morning at 11 before Mr Gerhard Mueller, Chief Surveyor. Sections 771, 772, and 773, Town of Tauranga, were passed in. Village of Paengaroa: Section 4, 2a 32p, was sold at the upset price, £3 2/, to Mr Francis M. Boo'rd. Section 8, lr 27p, upset price, £1 6/3; section 9, Ir 27p, upset price, £1 6/3; section 15, 3r 31p, upset price, £2 16/3; section 16, 2r 24p, upset price, £1 19/; section 17, 3r, upset price, £2 5/; and section IS, 3r Bp, upset price, £2 8/, were bought by Mr Wm. Haines. Section 19, 3r 7p, upset price, £2 8/; section 20, 2r 31p,' upset price, £2 # l/3; and section 21, 3r Bp, upset price, £2 8/, were sold to Mr Chas. K. Walters. The remaining sections were passed in. Piako County, Block XI.: Section 58, 10a, nps«t price, £30, and section 3, 396 a, upset price, £300, of Block IV., Mangomii County, remain open for sale, with the other sections still unsold.
