ACCIDENTS.

WAIHI, this day
A battery hand named Fred Everett, employed at the Silverton battery, last evening fell into the hoppers, breaking two ribs and getting a bad shaking. Dr. Forbes attended him.
A serious accident occurred this morning in Hogan's Bush, a bushman named Andy Drysdale receiving a
severe cut on one leg, owing to a tree which he and his mate were cutting suddenly rolling over, the top end striking Drysdale and foxing an axe against his leg.
