A SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
SYDNEY, March 4,
A man named John Stevens, when working in a sewer, was overcome with foul air. A feliotr irorkman named Challis went to bis assistance, but he also was overcome. Two others descended, but- they too were overcome. Nothing daunted, two workmen and a constable went down, and succeeded in rescuing Stevens. The others recovered.
