Wind: Moderately strong from the westward at all places north of Napier and New Plymouth; gale from between north-west, west and south at other P Barometer: Rise everywhere after from 6to 12 hours. , _ Sea: Heavy on all Western Coast and on Eastern Coast between Lyttelton and Castle Point. ~, .. Tides r High on Western Coast of North Island, and on Eastern Coast southward of Castle Point; good thence to East Cape; also on Western Coast of South Island; moderate elsewhere. Rain may be er.pected in most places southward of Napier and New Plymoutn. Warning signals for westerly gales are exhibited at Capes Campbe?l, Farewell Soit and Foulwind.
