The following cases Trave been set down for hearing at the civil sittings of the Supreme Court, commencing immediately after the completion of the criminal calendar:— BEFORE A SPECIAL JURY OF TWELVE. George Harrison (Mr Lumlon) V. Premier Joinery Manufacturing Company, Limited (Mr H. Campbell), claim £520 9/, damages for alleged injuries received. BEFORE A COMMON JURY OF TWELVE. The Solicitor-General on the relation of George R. Mcßae (Mr Palmer) v. Robert McKenzie, writ of mandamus, etc. Captain Cook Brewery, Limited (Mr Nicholson) v. Martin Ryan (Mr J. R. Reed), claim £570, for rent of hotel. Sydney William Buck (Mr Griffiths) v. Andus Raynes (Mr H. Campbell), claim for specifis performance and £1000 damages for alleged breach of agreement. BEFORE A COMMON JURY OF FOUR. George Rixon (Mr F. E. Baume), v. Auckland Gas Company, Limited (Mr Buddie), claim £230, damages for alleged injuries. Annie Harrow (Mr Bartley) v. Edwin Harrow (Mr Napier), claim £110 IG/, damages for alleged assault, etc. Frederick Keeper (Mr Parr) v. Alexander Johnston and Josephine Johnston (Mr Hesketh), claim £300 damages for alleged slander. WITHOUT A JURY. Auckland Chamber of Commerce (Mr Devore) v. Bartholomew Kent, Arthur Hyam Nathan, and William Ledingham: To declare that plaintiffs are entitled to receive £2000, surplus funds of the Auckland Exhibition. John Austin (Mr Reed) v. James John Austin (Mr Brookfield): To declare deed of assignment fraudulent, void, etc. Assets Realisation Board (Mr Hanna) v. John H. Smellier Claim £300 damages for alleged injury to property. Maria Murray (Mr H. Campbell) v. Francis Angus White (Mr Hanna): Writ of Injunction. Thomas Loekhead (Mr Sharp) v. Allan Thomson CMr T,ewlsl: Claim £50 damages for alleged trespass. DTVORCE AND MATRTMONTAL, CAUSES ACT - DECREE NTSI, WITHOUT A JURY. Cassandra Grant (Mr Mahony) v. Francis Alexander Grant (no appearance). Mary Emma Todd (Mr Mahony) v. David Todd (no appearance). Elizabeth Marsrarot Christina Miller (Mr Buddie) v. Herbert John Miller (no appearance).
