Sir,—Only when the peasant class of Europe appreciate clearly the fact that the only use of war is to kill off peoplo like themselves will each soldier becomes capable of Imagining what the shock of two armies really means, and by -what complicated series of lies and intrigue* people are brought to the point of killing each other, with the result that tTie surviving poor are poorer, the non-fighting, non-producing Hebrew richer.—l am, etc., ÜBIQUE..
