SYDNEY, this day. Sir Wm. Lyne does not think the Pacific Cable Board's condemnation of the New South Wales agreement wi J h the Eastern Extension Co. will have much effect on the State Government. He considers Victoria should have adhered to the arrangement made between the two states.
