FIGHT WITH SOMALIS.
A FIERCE ENCOUNTER

LONDON, February 28
Details show that the attack made by Ogadain Somalis on the British zarcba at Samasu was very fierce.
Three sides of tin: zareba were rushed simultaneously, and a corner near the Held hospital was broken.. A desperate struggle followed, but the Somalis were eventually repulsed, losing fioO.
The British lost 40 men
The expedition, which was sent to punish the Ogadians for recent outrages, returned to Affniadu after the light.
