ANNEXATION BY ITALY
CONTROL OF RAILWAYS
LONDON, February 28
Italian cruisers are surveying Nimrod Bay, in the province of Chekiang. It is believed annexation of territory is intended.
Vice-Admiral Sir G. A. Bridge succeeds Admiral .Seymour in command Oi the China station.
The Peking-Shanhaikwaii railway will remain under British military control until the evaeitation of China by the foreign forces.
