Railway Stakes: Hiamoe 1, Dewdrop 2, Laurestina 3. All started. Time, 1.6 1-5. Dividend, £3 17/.

Hack Scurry: Valkyrie 1, Nabochlish 2, Greensleeves 3. Scratched: Beitick, St. Lyra, Kahutaurangi, Aldinga. William Tell, Sylvie, Herminius, Sea King. Dividend, .El 18/. Time, 1.7 4-3.

Two prominent features of the meeting were the excellent starting of Mr T. Cameron (Bulls) and the handicapping of Mr J. E. Henrys. Six races of to-day's programme were almost dead heats.
