PARIS, February 20
in the Senate M. Deleasse, Minister for Foreign Affairs, complained of the injustice Portugal was inflicting on French bond holders. He declared that he intended to obtain a recession of tlie measure of spoliation, and added that Franco possessed the means to make the demands heard, and would not hesitate to employ them.
