BRITISH SURRENDERS
LONDON, February 26. In the House of Commons Mr
Broderick stated | that 99 Courts of Inquiry had been, held regarding 20 cases of British surrenders in South Africa, resulting in the dismissal or placing on half pay of 10 officers', nnd inflicting penalties on others. The cases involving court-martial would > be made public.
