During Colonel De Lisle's march, on February 19tb, the anniversary of the landing of the N.S. Wales Second Contingent was celebrated in camp by a concert.
Addressing the men Colonel De' Lisle declared he was proud of the .Australians, whom he regarded as personal friends. New South Wales had every reason to be proud of her gallant troops, who had done more hard work and done it better than any other body of. men. engaged in the campaign.
