LONDON, February 22. The price fixed for 'New South Wales Treasury bills was 99. The "Daily Chronicle" complains tha* there" was a hole-and-corner issiie to a few privileged allotters, who are now asking 991.. SYDNEY, February 23. Sir Wm. Lyne states tha.t the Treasury Bills, part of the f-our millions authorised by Parliament the session before last, and of which a million and a-half has already been ' placed locally, will be fixed with a limit of 99.
