LONDON, February 'M. The King- slept aboard the Royal yacht aiftt left Sheernoss at daybreak ov a visit to the Empress Frederick and the Kaiser. BERLIN, February 24. The North-German "Gazette" denounces as brutal and venomous attacks by other German newspapers on King Edward, whose visit to Germany the "Gazette" declares to be purely non-political.
