Talisman Consolidated shares have ag-ain advanced in prj.ce, sales being made to-day at 25/6, -with further demand at 2.5/.. Crown had enquiry, at !'*/•'- IJnyers came in for Barrier Reefs at 8/, '"while Whangamata Gold Corporation shares were in request at 3/. Waihi shares were easier, being offered at £11 5/, but no. buyers quoted. In standard lines New Zealand Insurance shares were deajjt in at 69/, with buyer left at CS/6, Bank of New Zealand shares were wanted at 30/, and New Zealand Accident shares at 28/0. Enquiries were also made today for Hijsurpngi Coal shares M 8/9.
