LONDON, February 22.
Kruger has abandoned his intention of seeking- an interview Svith KingEdward at Flushing-, when he arrives to visit the Kaiser, on the ground that the interview would infringe the Sabbath.
In the House of Commons Mr Chamberlain, in reply to a question, said the Attorney-General of Cupe Colony, after careful consideration, has decided not to prosecute Captain Cox, of the New South Wales Lancers, for ordering- the shooting- of a native at Colesberg in November, 1899.
