The al-| legation is that accused representedg to°tlj.e company that such a fire had| taken place, and by Bending Home | the usual evidence of proof of the a loss, obtained £400 from the com-1 pany, and also the expenses of his trip| to ' Christ-church. Accused wast brought before the Magistrate's | ?onrt this morning and remanded till| February Ist. |
