THAMES DRAINAGE BOARD.

Tha first meeting of the newly-elected members of the Thames Drainage Board was held yasteraay in Mr D. G. Macdonnell's offlce. There were present Messrs H. Green, S. Hesketh, J. M., Lennox. J. R.
