The Federation Commission to-day resolved to instruct ihe secretary to get. certain returns regarding the trade and industries of the colony prepared for submission to members. The Commission then adjourned until February Sth, when the Commission will meet in Invercarg-ill, and commence taking evidence. They will
work northwards, leaving Auckland for Australia when the Xew Zealand evidence is concluded, ll was decided not to admit press representatives, but that the secretary prepare a precis of each day's proceedings for publication.
