JIMMY GOVERNOR HANGED.
SYDNEY, this day
Jimmy Governor was executed this morning. As- the condemned man left his cell and walked 1o the scaffold he made an attempt tv appear calm, smoking a cigarette. He took- his place in the drop. In reply to Ihe usual question he said he had nothing to say. As the fatal moment approached he gave evidence of fainting, but the bolt was drawn, and death was instantaneous.
