SPEECH. BY LOUD ROSEBERY

Lord Rosebery. at a meeting of the Wolverhampton Chamber of Commerce, discussed the question of commercial contests in the twentieth century. He said our commercial classes require educating scientifically from top to bottom, in order that we may fairly compete with the commercial classes of Germany, Japan, and America. He urged that every Chamber should appoint travelling trade scholarships.
