THE RECONSTRUCTION SCHEME
LONDON, January 17
The reconstruction scheme of the London and Globe Finance Company proposes a capital of two millions in £1 shares, credited with 15/ paid, with-a further five shillings per share payable on allotment. Shareholders are offered a new share for each old one at present held.
