IN BANKRUPTCY.
MEETING OF H. OILMAN'S
CREDITORS
A meeting of creditors was held at the Official Assignee's office this morning, in the-estate of Henry Gilman, bankrupt, late of the Strand Cafe. Eight creditors were present, namely, Messrs. J. C. Pelham, Potter, R. Salmon, J. H. Keat, W. R. Knight, Le Roy, A. J. Entrican and J. C. Morrin.
The Official Assignee stated that at the meeting of Stilwell's creditors the debtor admitted that his separate or private debts were included in his schedule of restaurant liability, and Oilman's solicitor., having adopted the same figures as partnership debts, under the impression that they represented only the restaurant accounts, it became necessary to have the schedule adjusted, and that each partner should make out separate schedules in addition to the joint as? sets and liabilities in connection with the restaurant. Under those circumstances it would be desirable to adjourn the meeting until 2.30 p.m. on January 23rd, to enable those adjustments to be made. This course was adopted, and the meeting adjourned.
