THE ISLAND STEAMERS.
For tho convenience of fruit shippers in tie Islands, iv order to fit in with the running of the steamers of the A. U.S.N. Company between the Islands, the I'mon Steamship Company have made the following alterations in the running of their steam-
ci's: — The Mnnapouri will be pushed through on her next trip from Sydney. Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga, and is timed to reach Auckland on February 13, and wili be despatched for tlio same ports again on the Kith, reaching .Sydney on March 8, nnd leaving again ou the 13th.
The Taviuni, which left for Fiji ou Wednesday, is expected back at Auckland
about the 30th Inst., and ou discharge proceeds to Wellington, and returns to Auckland direct, aud leaves for Fiji again on February li.
The Uotokino leaves Auckland on Tuesday next for Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, and Sydney, taking up the place of tneHnuroto, which is to proceed to Port Chalmers for general overhaul in the meantime. The latter steamer Is timed to leave Auckland for the Isiauds and Sjdney cm March 13.
