Having1 heard that I have refused to submit my claim against the New Zealand Accident Insurance Company to Arbitration, 1 beg to give the report a most emphatic denial. 1 have both verbally and in writing repeatedly offered to go to arbitration, and as a proof thereof now challenge the Company to suDmit the merits of my claim to arbitration in the usual manner, namely, each side to appoint an arbitrator, and the Arbitrators to appoint an Umpire before proceeding on their duties.
