Up to the.time of our g-plng- to press 'there was no sign of <;he mail steamer Sierra, the first of the three new mail steamers built by the Oceanic S.S.. Co. for the three -weekly; service "oetween San Francisco, Honolulu, Pag-o .Pago, Auckland and Sydney.-The vessel left San Francisco on 13th inst., and as her contract speed is sixteen Imots, she is 330W fully due, aad may put in an appearance at any moment. , She will leave for Sydney a few hours after arrival. The Sierra brings London mails to date of November, 30,.. seven 'days later than those brought by the Mararoa- to-day. vi
