SYDNEY, December 29. At Sydney Tattersall's Meeting to-day the following was the result of the principal event: —
THE CARRINGTON STAKES, a hanclicap sweepstakes' of Ssovs each for starters, with 400sovs added; second
horse to receive 70sovs, and third horse
30sovs from the prize. Six furlongs. Mr W. Mate's b m Fulminate, 4yrs, by Gossoon—Percussion, 7.6 1 Mr C. McKeown's br h Game Boy, 4yrs, 8.3 (,-. 2 Mr.-G. Ternen's br m Jenny Moore, syrs, S.O 3 Twenty-one horses started. Betting: 3 to 1 against Fulminate, 4 to 1 Game Boy.
Fulminate led all the way, and won easily by five lengths. Time, lm 14s.
