THE SCOTTISH HORSE.
ADELAIDE, this day.
The Governor has received a- telegram from Lord Hopetoun covering a request from, the Marquis of Tullabardiue for 150 Scotchmen to join the Scotch Horse which he is raising- in South Africa. The Government fail to see how anything can be done in the matter, which is apparently a private scheme.
