Dtr_nkenun«ss_ —For this offence Victor Oliver, alias William Williams, was" lined 10/, in default 48 hours hard labour. Charles Smith, an old age pensioner, was convicted and ordered to forfeit the instalment of his pension due next January Ist. Two first offenders, absent on bail, were each fined 10/. Thomas Chappel and Arthur Page were each fined £1 or 7 days hard labour for disorderly conduct while drunk, and a prohibition order- was-issued against Chappel. Maintenance.—George L. Bradley was, ordered to pay £1 per week in support of his wife. Dangerous Dog.—Harry Bowman was convicted and discharged on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog, the animal having been sold since defendant was before the Court yester-i day. , ; j
